A Water Abstraction Licence is currently in place permitting the abstraction of the quantities below;

Access and ample parking is available at the site.
Further buildings & other sites belonging to the landlord could be available by separate negotiation for potential use associated with the Primeswell Spring, subject to obtaining the necessary consents.

Natural spring water supply.

LEGAL COSTS
The tenant will be responsible for their own legal costs incurred in the preparation of the lease. The tenant will also be required to contribute to the Landlords costs in preparing the lease.
Directions: From Great Malvern, head south on the A449 for approximately 4 miles until you reach British Camp and pass the Malvern Hills Hotel on your left-hand side. Continue following the A449 for approximately half a mile until you reach a tarmac drive on the right, signed Allfields. Turn right and follow the drive downhill for approximately 250m until you reach a stoned parking area and a metal gate, the brick-built tank room and springhead building compound is just beyond the gate on the right-hand side.
