Directions - From Dorchester, take the Westleaze road north towards Sherborne for approximately 11 miles. At the A352 junction, turn left towards Lyon's Gate, approximately 400 metres from the turning, the access will be on the right-hand side.
Access - The property is accessed with and without vehicles via a shared track leading from the public highway, which is shown marked brown on the sale plan. The title of the property references the express grant of an access right, but to cover any uncertainty in this regard, the buyer will be supplied with a title indemnity insurance policy, to cover the risks associated with any interference with that access right.
