Tenders - The closing date for tenders is 12 noon on Thursday 26th March 2026.

Payment - 50% of the tendered amount will be due within 5 days of acceptance of offers with the remaining balance due on the 1st July 2026.

Tenders to be submitted on the attached Tender Form.

Mowing Licence - The land will only be let to the successful purchasers for the 2026 season. The agreement will end on the 30th September 2026.

All Purchasers will sign Symonds & Sampson LLP's standard Conditions of Sale for purchasing Mowing Grass or Grass Keep.

Access - Lots 1-5 are located to the east of Bere Regis and to the north east of Bloxworth
