Description
A beautiful unlisted Victorian country house with stunning views together with a successful holiday letting and wedding business featuring four shepherd's huts and an annexe/cottage, all within just over 3 acres. EPC E.
Introduction - This grand and very beautiful Victorian country house offers a great opportunity to reside in a gracious period house with much charm and character, which has been subject to considerable improvement in recent years. Added to this is the successful established business, offering boutique luxury glamping breaks, holiday cottage accommodation and petite weddings from the extensive grounds. The wide-ranging accommodation would suit a large family as well as providing spacious self-contained luxury single story cottage, which is currently providing holiday letting, but also has annexe permission and would be ideal for multigenerational living. Within the grounds are areas separate from the business providing owner's garden and recreation space. The main house also has great potential for business use, if desired, and would make a stunning event venue, big house let or accommodation for wedding guests, subject to any necessary permissions required. The whole benefits from the most outstanding views to the southwest over rolling countryside across the Taw Valley.
