Directions - From the A30 at Sourton Down, head south on the A386 towards Tavistock. After about 4.3 miles take the right turn towards Lydford opposite the Dartmoor Inn. Continue along School Road for about 0.5 of a mile, passing Lydford House on the right and crossing over the old railway bridge into Lydford. The entrance to the land is located on the right, about 50 yards the other side of the bridge. Continue north through the long entrance field to reach the main land parcel and building.
