The site is bordered by existing residential development to the west with a small rural business park to the east behind an established tree belt and high hedge. To the north and south are agricultural fields.
The site is level lying within existing hedge boundaries.
Outline planning permission has been granted under application reference 18/01385/AOP for the construction of 12 executive type detached dwellings with associated access.
The Outline Planning application was approved on 4 September 2020 and has Planning Conditions and interested parties should make themselves aware of these conditions. A copy of the planning permission decision notice and relevant plans can be viewed on Aylesbury Vale District Councils website or available electronically from the agent.
A sum of £277,198 is payable to AVDC as an off-site Affordable Housing contribution and sports and recreation contribution as set out within a S.106. There are no other S.106 costs associated with this development. A copy of the S.106 can be obtained from the agent.
