Ashfield is located just two miles to the west of the popular village of Earl Soham. Earl Soham benefits from a primary school, butchers/delicatessen, pub, The Victoria, doctors surgery, tennis court and village hall. The historic market town of Framlingham, with its fine medieval castle and good selection of shops, restaurants and pubs, is about six miles to the east.
