‘Manoir’ is a beautiful historic estate dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries. It has a useful living space of roughly 900m2 spread over three floors and a splendid park of some 7 hectares (17 acres) beautifully stocked and shaded by numerous mature trees some planted when the house was new. The ‘Park’ borders the river Cher, 500m distant. It also has two ponds that are regulated by sluice gates. The main house was built in typical local stone (Tuffeau) and it has a slate roof. The Manor has undergone an almost entire restored between 2008 and 2012. Including the roof in 2012 and 2013.
